Can a workshop be tailored to our brand?
Yes. Every session is built around your category, your audience and the decision you need to make. We choose the trend territories and exercises with you before the day.
Do you run sessions online?
Yes. Workshops, briefings and talks work online or in a hybrid format. Activations and sensory experiences happen in person.
Where can sessions take place?
Anywhere. Our teams are based in São Paulo, New York, Madrid and Bologna, and we travel for projects.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally four to six weeks ahead for a workshop or talk, and longer for activations and experiences. Tell us your date and we will check what is possible.
Can a workshop use our own products?
Yes. Working with your own products, materials or spaces makes the session concrete and the outcomes easier to apply.
What language are sessions in?
Sessions are delivered in English.
How do we get a quote?
Fill in the form on this page with your format, audience and timing. We reply within two business days with a proposal.
What is Sensory Identity Immersion?
A course by 341 Creative Hub on branding through the senses. Over four evenings and twelve hours it covers perception and strategy, olfactory, sonic and tactile identity, taste and ritual, and how to integrate them into one sensory identity for your own brand. See the course.
When and where does Sensory Identity Immersion run?
The first edition runs in Bologna from 2 to 5 November 2026, four evenings from 18:30 to 21:30, in person. An online edition follows in January 2027, and New York in March 2027. Seats are released to the waitlist first.
Who is Sensory Identity Immersion for?
Brand and marketing managers, designers, retail and hospitality leads, product developers and founders. No technical background is needed. Participants work on a brand of their own throughout the course.
What is the difference between an activation and an experience?
An activation is public and built for reach: a launch, a pop-up or a retail installation open to your market. An experience is closed and built for memory: a dinner, a tasting or an immersive room for a small, invited group.
